Free delivery for custom size skylights and all orders delivered within London M25 area. For your convenience we offer Nationwide Delivery and Next Day Delivery Option.

Delivery Options Overview

Firstly, we have our own fleet of delivery vehicles and friendly, helpful drivers who are committed to getting your skylights to you in perfect condition. We can deliver your order directly to your home or business at a time that suits you. Our drivers will carefully unload your order and even help you move it to the desired location. Alternatively, we also offer TPN Connect delivery services. TPN Connect is a trusted delivery network that specializes in handling fragile and delicate items, like skylights. They work with reputable courier services to ensure that your order is delivered safely and securely to your door. When you place your order with us, you'll have the option to choose the delivery method that works best for you.

4. Accept your Delivery with our Drivers or Book a Suitable Delivery Date with the Depot.

Standard delivery (within London M25) Get it in 3-6 working days

All orders within London M25. We deliver Monday to Friday between 8am-5pm.

Economy delivery (outside London M25) Get it in 3-6 working days

All orders outside London M25. We deliver Monday to Friday between 8am-5pm.

Next Day delivery

The orders received until 12:00pm can be delivered on next working day. There is an additional charge.

Delivery of custom size skylights

All custom sizes are delivered free of charge. Usually takes between 3 to 6 weeks to be made and shipped over to the UK.

Exchange or Return of Goods

A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise, unless defective.
Skylights1.com is not responsible for any labour costs, which occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts. If your shipment arrives and appears damaged please inspect the package thoroughly and if the contents appear damaged please refuse the shipment. We will do everything we can to have a new order rushed out to you. Return ship fees are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds for returned items are processed within 10 working days.

Before placing an order, please make sure that you have chosen the correct unit size and have consulted your roofer in advance. If you have purchased the wrong size(s), we will have to cancel and refund the whole order. In this case, we will deduct up to 5% transaction fee and in the cases when we have already sent your order, we will also deduct the return shipping fees. Please keep in mind that refunds are processed within 10 working days after units are returned to our warehouse.

The following items may be returned for a refund within 15 days of purchase:

  • Merchandise that has not been removed from its original packing.
  • Defective merchandise.
  • Merchandise that was mispacked or was not shipped correctly.
  • Merchandise that has not been installed. 

FAQs

Can I collect my Skylight in person?

Yes, you can! Once you have placed and paid for your order, please get in touch with our Customer Support Team who will arrange for someone to prepare your order for collection.

May I calculate the delivery costs to my location?

Yes, you can, if you go through to checkout, it will work out the delivery costs and options without placing an order.

Can I get next day delivery?

Yes, we offer express delivery to most postcodes. Please check this service on our website or give us a call.

Can I hold off on delivery if I’m not ready yet?

Yes, just let us know any instructions for delivery or delivery dates in the “notes” box during checkout.
